Welcome to Kaidan Designs Outdoor range. All our outdoor furniture comes complete. No assembly required. Though this process makes it difficult to deliver Australia wide we do offer local pickup and delivery to Geelong and Melbourne areas. About Cypress Pine.

Natural resins in the wood impart a distinctive odor to Cypress and are believed to contribute to the timber's impressive natural durability and resistance to termites. Life expectancy for above ground applications is greater than 40 years and up to 25 years in-ground.

Because of its susceptibility to fine surface checking ( timber splitting), we coat our furniture immediately after its been manufactured. We use the highest quality marine varnishes on our outdoor furniture to minimise the checking effect. Please be aware, Cypress checking is very common. Maintaining your Cypress is very important if you want to keep its beautiful golden colors and minimal checking.

About Tasmanian Oak

Tasmanian Oak is a beautiful hardwood that is perfect for outdoor furniture. It is naturally resistant to rot and decay, making it an excellent choice for outdoor pieces that will be exposed to the elements. Colonial Bench

Cypress Jack and Jill

 

 Enjoy the outdoors in this comfortable Colonial Style Jack and Jill. Made from Cypress Pine, a beautiful golden timber with stunning timber grains. Naturally termite and rot resistant means no worries leaving it out by the pool or out in the rain. Constructed with waterproof polyurethane glue and timber screws and finished with 5 coats of Marine Grade Outdoor Varnish. Each outdoor bench comes complete. No assembly required at all. Simply place in your favorite spot, sit and relax.
